Portfolio Preparation in 3D Art and Design

Level 5 Art Craft Design (NCVA level 2) AACDX
This
one-year course covers the fundamentals of 3D Design and visual
communications. The main body of work produced is in 3D but there
is a strong emphasis on drawing and design. Students work in a range
of media, focusing on the completion of work to a standard required
for entry to Art and Design Courses in third level colleges, and
there is particular emphasis on the presentation of a 3D work in
a balanced portfolio.

Mature
students and people new to the area of Art and Design are particularly
welcome.
A practical exercise will be included as part of the selection /
interview process.
Samples of past work may be submitted at interview but a portfolio
of work is not a requirement.
