Community education gave me the confidence to progress to third level
In 2012, Sharon Conlon took part in the AONTAS Lobby for Learning Day where she shared her positive experience of community education. Since then she has continued with her education and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Early Childhood education. Sharon attended Warrenmount Community Education and Development Centre and Liberties College of Further Education and Training before completing her degree in Dublin Institute of Technology. Sharon believes her experiences in community education and further education and training helped build her confidence and self-esteem and provided the encouragement and support to continue her studies on to third level.

You get work experience which gives you a great insight into what the job is all about. I recommend this course to anyone interested in healthcare.
