Class Focuses on continuous movement within choreography, incorporating floor work, and gently expanding range of technique. There will be a different focus in each class to allow dancers a level of improvement at a comfortable pace, and without distracting from the choreography. The outcome of the class will be a gentle workout which tones and loosens the body, while giving greater sense of fluid and free movement. Ideal for people with experience in any form of movement technique, i.e. Yoga, pilates, etc., or other style of dance who would like to experience contemporary dance technique and movement. Total beginners with an attraction to challenges are also welcome. To be taken barefoot or with socks. Bring loose or flexible clothing as movement will be tested and explored.
